Assalamualaikum .
Finally baru ada masa nak tulis tips dan review masa aku pergi perth 2015. Tapi yang aku pergi nie under budget & backpacking style. So tips yang aku bakal bagi nie memang khas untuk korang yang nak travel dalam budget. For your information, total aku spend 11 hari in Perth & Melbourne termasuk lah tiket flight, makan, souvenirs, accomodation, all in is RM3500 plus minus .
PERSEDIAAN, INFO & TIPS.
1. Tiket flight, meal & baggage.
Masa kami beli tiket flight ke Perth, kami tak ambil baggage and just bawak naik ke cabin baggage (7kg) sahaja and kami ambil luggage 20kg seorang semasa balik dari Melbourne. Ini lagi jimat sebab korang boleh cut costs in terms of flight tickets. Meal dalam flight pun kami tak ambil sbb before departure ke Perth, kami dah makan kenyang2 jadi dalam flight ke Perth selama 5 jam tu boleh tidur dengan lena. Disarankan korang beli tiket flight awal2 and always alert on airasia punya promotions.
2.Simcard & internet.
Bila dah sampai sana, it is important to have Australia's sim card because you will need it in case of nak call orang hotel or keeping in touch with your family.
Aku recommend kan korang pakai VODAFONE. pakej internet sekali dengan ada top up dalam tu is around 40+ AUD .memang mahal, so if korang travel berdua macam kitorang, just share beli satu simcard, then bukak hotspot. If travel ber 4, then beli 2 simcard. Kan dah jimat cost, again.
3.Hotel & accomodation.
if korang nak travel around the town, aku sarankan korang naik je CAT Bus, because its FREE.
Perth Cat Bus route.
Cat bus nie ada 3 colours, and semua stops tu adalah Free. Since memang kami datang perth nie nak tengok city and fremantle, memang berbaloi sbb banyak tempat Cat Bus nie cover. Kalau korang tengok Blue Cat bus tu, sampai ke Jetty pun diorang cover. Okey, so kitorang decide nak duduk backpackers inn dekat Hay Street (Line warna merah). Hari2 kitorg naik bus free je dari bus station number 11. oh lupa, dekat perth nie ada dua public transportation . Satu TRANSPERTH, and satu lagi CAT. yang transperth nie berbayar, ala ala Rapid Bus dekat Malaysia.
Hostel yang kitorg duduk dekat sana ada dua, for the first two nights kitorg stay dekat Wombat Backpackers , (tak disarankan sgt utk perempuan Muslim) sbb its too open. ramai foreigners / mat salih bertowel ke sana ke mari kat situ .
The third night kitorg pindah ke Backpack City & Surf (Money street, Perth). Area sini is close to Malaysian Hall and it is recommended sbb kami stay dalam twin room and it costs 50AUD. sangat selesa. Korang boleh contact Malaysian Hall untuk stay situ, kami tak dapat stay situ because its on renovation during our trip, plus its Hari Raya.

4.Must visit while in Perth CBD!.
- Caversham Wildlife Park.
- Fremantle (e-shed market), Fremantle Beach.
- Kings Park
- Swan Bells.
Do your research before travelling. Banyak sangat tempat yang cantikk2 if korang boleh sewa kereta and travel around contohnya Pinnacles Desert.
Sedap je kan dia golek golek. (Caversham Wildlife Park)
Caversham tu wajib pergi tau . Pergi Australia, kena lah pergi tengok Kangaroo and Koala.
5.Foods.
While in Perth, kitorg tak banyak sangat spend on food sbb kitorg breakfast selalunya masak dekat hostel. and bawak bekal. pastu picnic dekat mana mana park . Tapi here's a few places yang korang should try out :
- Newroz Kebab : Shop 4, 236 Hay Street, East Perth.
- Kailis Fish & Chips in Fremantle.
- Insan Cafe : 113 Murray Street
6.Shopping.
Masa dekat Perth, I found that Pandora murah, rather than in Malaysia. I don't shop much in Perth as I was saving for Melbourne trip. But you can shop for souvenirs in E-Shed Market at Fremantle (Paling murah dalam perth cbd) . Take note e-shed market bukak hari apa and operation hours dia bila. nanti kalau pergi lepas tu tutup, membazir je kan. Lagi satu, dekat Hay Street tu penuh dengan shops and mall along the way. Korang boleh je asks around untuk pergi factory outlet, we didn't go sebab kitorg nak melepak je lebih, not shop around.
